July 2026 – ‘For Men To Talk’ creates comfortable conversations where men can share as much or little as needed.

‘For Men To Talk’ is a peer support group is for men who are suffering with a mental health illness, such as anxiety, depression and grief, to talk in a safe and comfortable environment.
Conversations include many factors in a man’s life, including work, relationships, anxiety and many others. There are no rules or regulations, no registration or referral is required, the men can say as much as they like or as little.

For Men To Talk supports men through life’s ups and downs. Week commencing Monday 29 June 2026
- ‘For Men To Talk – Virtual’ group meeting. This will be held on Wednesday 1 July 2026, starting at 7pm via zoom.
- ‘For Men To Talk… and Walk – Hitchin’ walking group meeting. This will be held on Friday 3 July 2026 at 6:00pm, starting from Meeting at the Cycle Shelter at Hitchin Train Station.
For Men To Talk offers understanding and peer support. Week commencing Monday 6 July 2026
- ‘For Men To Talk – Biggleswade’ (Evening Session) physical group meeting at Northfields Community Room. This will be held on Monday 6 July 2026, starting at 6pm.
- ‘For Men To Talk – Ampthill (Afternoon Huddle)’ physical group meeting at The Wingfield Club. This will be held on Wednesday 7 July 2026, starting at 2pm.
- ‘For Men To Talk – Gamlingay’ physical group meeting at the Gamlingay Eco Hub in Gamlingay, Cambridgeshire. This will be held on Tuesday 7 July 2026, starting at 6pm.

It’s an inclusive and supportive environment for men to talk about autism together. This will be held on Monday 13 July 2026, starting at 6pm via zoom.
- ‘For Men To Talk – Potton’ physical group meeting at the Rising Sun in Potton, Bedfordshire. This will be held on Tuesday 14 July 2026, starting at 6pm.
