August 2026 – ‘For Men To Talk’ offers safe, supportive space for mens mental health

‘For Men To Talk’ is a peer support group is for men who are suffering with a mental health illness, such as anxiety, depression and grief, to talk in a safe and comfortable environment.
Conversations include many factors in a man’s life, including work, relationships, anxiety and many others. There are no rules or regulations, no registration or referral is required, the men can say as much as they like or as little.

‘For Men To Talk’ is open to any man needing support. Week Commencing Monday 3 August 2026
- ‘For Men To Talk – Biggleswade’ (Evening Session) physical group meeting at Northfields Community Room. This will be held on Monday 3 August 2026, starting at 6pm.
- ‘For Men To Talk – Ampthill (Afternoon Huddle)’ physical group meeting at Richmond Manor Care Home in The Picture House. This will be held on Tuesday 4 August 2026, starting at 2pm.
- ‘For Men To Talk – Gamlingay’ physical group meeting at the Gamlingay Eco Hub in Gamlingay, Cambridgeshire. This will be held on Tuesday 4 August 2026, starting at 6pm.
- ‘For Men To Talk – Virtual’ group meeting. This will be held on Wednesday 5 August 2026, starting at 6pm via zoom.
- ‘For Men To Talk… and Walk – Hitchin’ walking group meeting. This will be held on Friday 7 August 2026 at 6:00pm, starting from Meeting at the Cycle Shelter at Hitchin Train Station.

It’s an inclusive and supportive environment for men to talk about autism together. This will be held on Monday 10 August 2026, starting at 6pm via zoom.
