‘For Men To Talk’. Support and conversation across January 2026

‘For Men To Talk’ is a peer support group is for men who are suffering with a mental health illness, such as anxiety, depression and grief, to talk in a safe and comfortable environment.  

Conversations include many factors in a man’s life, including work, relationships, anxiety and many others. There are no rules or regulations, no registration or referral is required, the men can say as much as they like or as little.

  • For Men To Talk… and Walk – Hitchin A walking group combining conversation with a gentle walk. Friday 2 January 2026, meeting at 6pm at the Cycle Shelter at Hitchin Train Station.

  • For Men To Talk – Biggleswade (Evening Session). A face-to-face group meeting held at Jones Cafe Bar. Monday 5 January 2026, starting at 6pm.
  • For Men To Talk – Gamlingay. A face-to-face group meeting held at the Gamlingay Eco Hub, Gamlingay, Cambridgeshire. Tuesday 6 January 2026, starting at 6pm.
  • For Men To Talk – Virtual. An online group meeting held via Zoom. Wednesday 7 January 2026, starting at 6pm.
  • For Men To Talk – Flitwick (Evening Session). A face-to-face group meeting held in a private room at Chic Celebrations. Thursday 8 January 2026, starting at 6pm.
  • For Men To Talk… and Walk – Biggleswade. A face-to-face walking group, combining conversation with a gentle walk. Sunday 11 January 2026, meeting at 9.15am outside Jones Cafe Bar, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire.

  • For Men To Talk about Autism – Virtual. A dedicated online group specifically for autistic men, men with autistic family members, or men who are awaiting an autism diagnosis. This is an inclusive and supportive space to talk openly about autism together. Monday 12 January 2026, starting at 6pm, via Zoom.
  • For Men To Talk – Potton. A face-to-face group meeting held at the Rising Sun, Potton, Bedfordshire. Tuesday 13 January 2026, starting at 6pm.
  • For Men To Talk – Shefford (Evening Session). A face-to-face group meeting held at the Morrisons Community Room. Tuesday 13 January 2026, starting at 6pm.
  • For Men To Talk – Virtual. An online group meeting open to all. Wednesday 14 January 2026, starting at 6pm, via Zoom.
