‘For Men To Talk’. A space to talk this week, week commencing 19 January 2026 Meetings

‘For Men To Talk’ is a peer support group is for men who are suffering with a mental health illness, such as anxiety, depression and grief, to talk in a safe and comfortable environment.  

Conversations include many factors in a man’s life, including work, relationships, anxiety and many others. There are no rules or regulations, no registration or referral is required, the men can say as much as they like or as little.

  • For Men To Talk – Biggleswade (Evening Session). A face-to-face group meeting held at Jones Cafe Bar. Monday 19 January 2026, starting at 6pm.
  • For Men To Talk – Flitwick (Good Morning). A face-to-face morning group meeting held in a private room at Chic Celebrations. Tuesday 20 January 2026, starting at 10am.
  • For Men To Talk – St Neots. A face-to-face group meeting held at St Neots Golf Club, Cambridgeshire. Tuesday 20 January 2026, starting at 6pm.
  • For Men To Talk – Ampthill (Afternoon Huddle). A face-to-face afternoon group meeting held at The Wingfield Club. Wednesday 21 January 2026, starting at 2pm.
  • For Men To Talk – Virtual. An online group meeting open to all. Wednesday 21 January 2026, starting at 6pm, via Zoom.  
  • For Men To Talk – Blunham. A face-to-face group meeting held at Sunray at the Pavilion, Blunham, Bedfordshire. Thursday 22 January 2026, starting at 6pm.
