Luke Newman Sessions – Inspiring Open Conversations About Men’s Mental Health

Talking about mental health is not always easy, especially for men. Many struggle in silence, unsure where to turn or how to begin a conversation about how they are feeling. That is why For Men To Talk continues to create safe spaces where open and honest discussions can happen.
Luke Newman, CEO and Founder of For Men To Talk, is now available to host engaging and thought-provoking sessions focused on inspiring open conversations about men’s mental health, connection and wellbeing.
These sessions are designed for schools, colleges, universities, workplaces and businesses. They aim to create supportive environments where people feel comfortable discussing mental health, wellbeing, and the unique challenges many men face in everyday life.
Each session includes discussion, participation and reflection. Rather than simply delivering a talk, Luke encourages people to get involved, share ideas, ask questions and think about how better conversations can lead to stronger support networks.
Luke’s passion comes from personal experience. Throughout his own journey, he has faced significant struggles but was fortunate to have people around him who allowed him to talk openly about how he was feeling.
He understands that not every man has that same opportunity. Many men feel pressure to stay silent, hide emotions, or deal with problems alone. This is what inspired him to create For Men To Talk.
The organisation was built to provide safe, informal and welcoming spaces where men can connect through shared experiences. It offers peer support, understanding and conversation without judgment.
Although the group does not provide professional therapy, information about professional support services is always available for those who may need additional help. The aim is simple—to make sure no man feels he has to struggle alone.
One of the strongest parts of For Men To Talk is its open-door approach. Any man who feels the need to talk can attend without referral, registration or pressure. It removes barriers and makes support easier to access.
Luke’s sessions bring this same approach into schools, colleges, universities and workplaces. They help people understand the importance of connection, conversation and community support while breaking down the stigma that still surrounds men’s mental health.
Luke Newman said: “Sometimes the hardest words to say are simply ‘I’m not okay.’ If we can help create spaces where people feel safe enough to say those words, we can start changing lives. Conversation can be the first step towards hope, support and recovery.”
Sessions are available as a two-hour booking for £195, including VAT. The net amount is £162.50, with VAT at 20% adding £32.50. Sessions can also be tailored to suit educational settings, workplaces and organisations of all sizes.
If you would like Luke Newman to deliver a session at your school, college, university or business, you can find more information by visiting the For Men To Talk website.
