‘For Men To Talk’ is a peer support group is for men who are suffering with a mental health illness, such as anxiety, depression and grief, to talk in a safe and comfortable environment.  

Conversations include many factors in a man’s life, including work, relationships, anxiety and many others. There are no rules or regulations, no registration or referral is required, the men can say as much as they like or as little.

‘For Men To Talk’ creates safe conversations around work and relationships. Week Commencing Monday 10 August 2026

  • ‘For Men To Talk – Biggleswade’ (Good Morning) physical group meeting. This will be held on Monday 10 August 2026 at Northfields Community Room, starting at 11am.
  • ‘For Men To Talk about Autism’ virtual group meeting specifically tailored for autistic men, men with autistic family members or men who are awaiting an autism diagnosis. It’s an inclusive and supportive environment for men to talk about autism together. This will be held on Monday 10 August 2026, starting at 6pm via zoom.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Ampthill (Evening Session)’ physical group meeting at Richmond Manor Care Home in The Picture House. This will be held on Tuesday 11 August 2026, starting at 6pm.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Potton’ physical group meeting at the Rising Sun in Potton, Bedfordshire. This will be held on Tuesday 11 August 2026, starting at 6pm.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Virtual’ group meeting. This will be held on Wednesday 12 August 2026, starting at 6pm via zoom.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Social Club’ group meeting at Galactic Toy Fairs at The Weatherley Centre. on Sunday 16 August 2026, starting at 8:30am in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire
