- Find out more about routine health checks and how to access support locally.
- Connect with others in a friendly and welcoming environment.
Free lunch will be provided.
“Many men still find it difficult to talk about their health, whether that’s physical concerns, mental health challenges, or simply asking for support when they need it. Events like this provide a welcoming and non-judgemental environment where men can access information, connect with local services, and realise they are not alone. We are proud to be working alongside Healthwatch Central Bedfordshire and our partners to encourage more men to take positive steps towards improving their wellbeing.” – Luke Newman, CEO, For Men To Talk
