Introducing the stay alive booklet
The Stay Alive booklet is a suicide prevention resource for Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes, packed full of useful information to help people stay safe from suicide. You can use it if you are having thoughts of suicide or if you are concerned about someone else who may be considering suicide.
The booklets will be available, whilst stocks last, at the ‘For Men To Talk’ meetings in Sandy, Gamlingay, Biggleswade, St Neots, Bedford, and Potton.
It is particularly useful for those who may be digitally excluded, or find it difficult to access digital support.
