Talking Through Life’s Challenges – ‘For Men To Talk’ Week of 22 September 2025

‘For Men To Talk’ is a peer support group is for men who are suffering with a mental health illness, such as anxiety, depression and grief, to talk in a safe and comfortable environment.  

Conversations include many factors in a man’s life, including work, relationships, anxiety and many others. There are no rules or regulations, no registration or referral is required, the men can say as much as they like or as little.

Talking Through Life’s Challenges – ‘For Men To Talk’ Week of 22 September 2025

  • ‘For Men To Talk about Autism’ virtual group meeting specifically tailored for autistic men, men with autistic family members or men who are awaiting an autism diagnosis. It’s an inclusive and supportive environment for men to talk about autism together. This will be held on Monday 22 September 2025, starting at 6pm via zoom.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Sandy’ physical group meeting at the Roundabout Club in Sandy, Bedfordshire. This will be held on Tuesday 23 September 2025, starting at 6pm.
  • ’For Men To Talk – Stockport’ physical group meeting at The Wheatsheaf, Higher Hillgate, Stockport . This will be held on Tuesday 23 September 2025, starting at 7pm.
  • ’For Men To Talk – Shefford (Afternoon Huddle)’ physical group meeting at The Cornerstone. This will be held on Wednesday 24 September 2025, starting at 12pm
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Virtual’ group meeting. This will be held on Wednesday 24 September 2025, starting at 6pm via zoom.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Biggleswade’ (Good Morning) physical group meeting. This will be held on Thursday 25 September 2025 at The Bigg Theatre, starting at 10:30am.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Ampthill (Evening Session)’ physical group meeting at The Wingfield Club. This will be held on Thursday 25 September 2025, starting at 6pm.
