A Safe Space for Men’s Mental Health – Meetings Week of 13 October 2025

‘For Men To Talk’ is a peer support group is for men who are suffering with a mental health illness, such as anxiety, depression and grief, to talk in a safe and comfortable environment.   

Conversations include many factors in a man’s life, including work, relationships, anxiety and many others. There are no rules or regulations, no registration or referral is required, the men can say as much as they like or as little.

A Safe Space for Men’s Mental Health – The ‘For Men To Talk’ meetings for week commencing 13 October 2025. Our physical, virtual and walking meetings.

  • ‘For Men To Talk about Autism’ virtual group meeting specifically tailored for autistic men, men with autistic family members or men who are awaiting an autism diagnosis. It’s an inclusive and supportive environment for men to talk about autism together. This will be held on Monday 13 October 2025, starting at 6pm via zoom.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Blunham (Evening Session)’ physical group meeting at Sunray, in the Pavilion. This will be held on Monday 13 October 2025, starting at 6pm
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Flitwick (Good Morning)’ physical group meeting at Chic Celebrations, in a closed room. This will be held on Tuesday 14 October 2025, starting at 10am.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Shefford (Evening Session) physical group meeting at The Cornerstone. This will be held on Tuesday 14 October 2025 from 6pm.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Potton’ physical group meeting at the Rising Sun in Potton, Bedfordshire. This will be held on Tuesday 14 October 2025, starting at 6pm.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Virtual’ group meeting. This will be held on Wednesday 15 October 2025, starting at 6pm via zoom.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Ampthill (Evening Session)’ physical group meeting at The Wingfield Club. This will be held on Thursday 16 October 2025, starting at 6pm.
  • ‘For Men To Talk… and Walk – Hitchin’ walking group meeting. This will be held on Friday 17 October 2025 at 6:00pm, starting from St Mary’s Church, Hitchin opposite the Memorial Fountain.
