A journey through the mind

General News, Music, News & Events, Poetry

Yesterday, I carried the weight,
A Nowhere Man lost, in a troubled state.
But Help!, I cried, though no one could see,
The struggle inside was all within me.

I wished for a Little Help From My Friends,
To guide me through where the darkness ends.
But like a Fool on the Hill, I stood still,
Watching the world, yet feeling the chill.

Let It Be, they say, just let it go,
But the mind’s a maze where pain tends to grow.
I longed to Come Together in peace and light,
To banish the shadows, to end the night.

Here Comes the Sun, I’d whisper, each dawn,
Hoping for strength to carry on.
Though I wandered like a Paperback Writer lost,
I knew deep inside, there’s always a cost.

But with time, I learned to embrace the strife,
To see The Long and Winding Road of life.
For though I’ve been down, I’ve also been free,
All You Need Is Love—and sometimes, just me.

So I’ll keep singing, and moving ahead,
For In My Life, I’ll choose hope instead.
