‘For Men To Talk’ is a peer support group is for men who are suffering with a mental health illness, such as anxiety, depression and grief, to talk in a safe and comfortable environment.  

Conversations include many factors in a man’s life, including work, relationships, anxiety and many others. There are no rules or regulations, no registration or referral is required, the men can say as much as they like or as little.

Start the month with support – your voice matters. ‘For Men To Talk’ week commencing 1 December 2025 Meetings

  • ‘For Men To Talk – Biggleswade’ (Evening Session) physical group meeting at Jones Cafe Bar. This will be held on Monday 1 December 2025, starting at 6pm.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Gamlingay’ physical group meeting at the Gamlingay Eco Hub in Gamlingay, Cambridgeshire. This will be held on Tuesday 2 December 2025, starting at 6pm.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Ampthill (Afternoon Huddle)’ physical group meeting at The Wingfield Club. This will be held on Wednesday 3 December 2025, starting at 2pm.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Virtual’ group meeting. This will be held on Wednesday 3 December 2025, starting at 6pm via zoom.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Flitwick (Evening Session)’ physical group meeting at Chic Celebrations, in a closed room. This will be held on Thursday 4 December 2025, starting at 6pm.
  • ‘For Men To Talk… and Walk – Hitchin’ walking group meeting. This will be held on Friday 5 December 2025 at 6:00pm, starting from St Mary’s Church, Hitchin opposite the Memorial Fountain.

Talk it through, find strength together. ‘For Men To Talk’ week commencing 8 December 2025 Meetings

  • ‘For Men To Talk about Autism’ virtual group meeting specifically tailored for autistic men, men with autistic family members or men who are awaiting an autism diagnosis. It’s an inclusive and supportive environment for men to talk about autism together. This will be held on Monday 8 December 2025, starting at 6pm via zoom.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Blunham (Evening Session)’ Male Cancer Awareness session at Sunray, in the Pavilion. This will be held on Monday 8 December 2025, starting at 6pm. Learn the signs of prostate, lung, testicular, bladder, bowel and skin cancer.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Potton’ physical group meeting at the Rising Sun in Potton, Bedfordshire. This will be held on Tuesday 9 December 2025, starting at 6pm.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Shefford (Evening Session) physical group meeting at Morrisons Community Room. This will be held on Tuesday 9 December 2025 from 6pm.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Virtual’ group meeting. This will be held on Wednesday 10 December 2025, starting at 6pm via zoom.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Biggleswade’ (Good Morning) physical group meeting. This will be held on Thursday 11 December 2025 at The Bigg Theatre, starting at 10:30am.
  • ‘For Men To Talk… and Walk – Biggleswade’. A physical walking group meeting. This will be held on Sunday 14 December 2025 at 9.15am, starting from Jones’ Cafe Bar in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire.

  • ’For Men To Talk – St Neots’ physical group meeting at St Neots Golf Club in Cambridgeshire. This will be held on Tuesday 16 December 2025, starting at 6pm.
  • ’For Men To Talk – Shefford (Afternoon Huddle)’ physical group meeting at Morrisons Community Room. This will be held on Wednesday 17 December 2025, starting at 12pm
