‘For Men To Talk’. Weekly safe spaces for men, week commencing 26 January 2026 Meetings
‘For Men To Talk’ is a peer support group is for men who are suffering with a mental health illness, such as anxiety, depression and grief, to talk in a safe and comfortable environment.
Conversations include many factors in a man’s life, including work, relationships, anxiety and many others. There are no rules or regulations, no registration or referral is required, the men can say as much as they like or as little.
‘For Men To Talk’. Weekly safe spaces for men, week commencing 26 January 2026 Meetings
- For Men To Talk about Autism – Virtual. A dedicated online group specifically for autistic men, men with autistic family members, or men who are awaiting an autism diagnosis. This is an inclusive and supportive space for men to talk openly about autism together. Monday 26 January 2026, starting at 6pm, via Zoom.
- For Men To Talk – Sandy. A face-to-face group meeting held at the Roundabout Club, Sandy, Bedfordshire. Tuesday 27 January 2026, starting at 6pm.
- For Men To Talk – Shefford (Afternoon Huddle). A face-to-face afternoon group meeting held at the Morrisons Community Room. Wednesday 28 January 2026, starting at 12pm.
- For Men To Talk – Virtual. An online group meeting open to all. Wednesday 28 January 2026, starting at 6pm, via Zoom.
- For Men To Talk – Biggleswade (Good Morning). A face-to-face morning group meeting held at The Bigg Theatre. Thursday 29 January 2026, starting at 10.30am.
- For Men To Talk Social Club at Castle Comedy – Biggleswade at The Bigg Theatre on 29 January 2026 from 7pm.
