Heart on my sleeve

(A poem inspired by Olly Murrs song titles)

I’m Thinking of Me, but feeling stuck,
In this world, it’s easy to feel out of luck.
With every smile, I’m in the Right Place Right Time,
But beneath the surface, I fight to climb.

Up and down, the days they flow,
Sometimes it’s hard to let emotions show.
I tell myself I’ve got Dance With Me Tonight,
But in the quiet, I’m searching for light.

My mind, a maze, I can’t always see,
But I’ll keep moving, cause I’m Free.
Even when it feels like Wrapped Up tight,
I’ll find the strength to get through the night.

With every breath, I’ll Army of Two,
Standing tall for me, and maybe you too.
We’re not alone, in this silent fight,
Together, we’ll make it through the night.
