‘For Men To Talk’ week commencing 29 December 2025 Meetings

‘For Men To Talk’ is a peer support group is for men who are suffering with a mental health illness, such as anxiety, depression and grief, to talk in a safe and comfortable environment.

Conversations include many factors in a man’s life, including work, relationships, anxiety and many others. There are no rules or regulations, no registration or referral is required, the men can say as much as they like or as little.

Here is our ‘For Men To Talk’ week commencing 29 December 2025 Meetings. Here is our virtual and walking meetings.

  • For Men To Talk – Virtual An online group meeting held via Zoom. Tuesday 30 December 2025, starting at 6pm.
  • For Men To Talk… and Walk – Hitchin A walking group combining conversation with a gentle walk. Friday 2 January 2026, meeting at 6pm at the Cycle Shelter at Hitchin Train Station.
