For Men To Talk: A Safe Space for Men to Share for week commencing 9 February 2026
‘For Men To Talk’ is a peer support group is for men who are suffering with a mental health illness, such as anxiety, depression and grief, to talk in a safe and comfortable environment.
Conversations include many factors in a man’s life, including work, relationships, anxiety and many others. There are no rules or regulations, no registration or referral is required, the men can say as much as they like or as little.
For Men To Talk: A Safe Space for Men to Share for week commencing 9 February 2026
- ‘For Men To Talk about Autism’ virtual group meeting specifically tailored for autistic men, men with autistic family members or men who are awaiting an autism diagnosis. It’s an inclusive and supportive environment for men to talk about autism together. This will be held on Monday 9 February 2026, starting at 6pm via zoom.
- ‘For Men To Talk – Potton’ physical group meeting at the Rising Sun in Potton, Bedfordshire. This will be held on Tuesday 10 February 2026, starting at 6pm.
- ‘For Men To Talk – Shefford (Evening Session) physical group meeting at Morrisons Community Room. This will be held on Tuesday 10 February 2026 from 6pm.
- ‘For Men To Talk – Virtual’ group meeting. This will be held on Wednesday 11 February 2026, starting at 6pm via zoom.
- ‘For Men To Talk – Biggleswade’ (Good Morning) physical group meeting. This will be held on Thursday 12 February 2026 at The Bigg Theatre, starting at 10:30am.
- For Men To Talk – Social Club at Castle Comedy Biggleswade. This will be held on Saturday 14 February 2026, starting at 7pm at The Weatherley Centre.
