For Men To Talk Social Club: What’s On in March 2026

Earlier in 2026, ‘For Men To Talk’ proudly launched the For Men To Talk Social Club. After six years of offering physical, virtual, walking and fishing meetings, this new addition brings something different to the community.
The Social Club is part of the ‘For Men To Talk’ brand, but it is separate from the mental health peer support groups. It is “about time together, not tough conversations.” It focuses on social connection through shared experiences like meals out, cinema trips and comedy nights.
For some men, the hardest part of the week is the silence. Waking up feeling isolated, forgotten or invisible can slowly affect confidence and wellbeing. Life events such as retirement, divorce, redundancy or illness can change a man’s routine and sense of identity. Over time, it becomes easier to stay at home than to go out.
The Social Club aims to gently change that.
By putting simple, enjoyable events into the diary, men have something to look forward to. It creates structure, routine and purpose. It offers the chance to laugh, chat and be part of a group — without pressure to open up about personal struggles.
Luke Newman, CEO and founder of ‘For Men To Talk’, explains: “The Social Club gives men the opportunity to rebuild confidence in social settings. Sometimes connection starts with sharing food, watching a show or simply sitting next to someone who understands what it’s like to feel alone.”
While the Social Club focuses on social time, the core ‘For Men To Talk’ meetings remain as important as ever. These peer support groups are for men living with anxiety, depression, grief and other mental health challenges. They provide a safe and comfortable environment where men can talk about work, relationships, stress or anything else affecting them. There are no rules, no registration and no referral needed. Men can say as much or as little as they wish.
