June 2026 – For Men To Talk provides peer support with no registration, rules or pressure

‘For Men To Talk’ is a peer support group is for men who are suffering with a mental health illness, such as anxiety, depression and grief, to talk in a safe and comfortable environment.  

Conversations include many factors in a man’s life, including work, relationships, anxiety and many others. There are no rules or regulations, no registration or referral is required, the men can say as much as they like or as little.

For Men To Talk gives men space to talk safely – Week Commencing Monday 1 June 2026

  • ‘For Men To Talk – Biggleswade’ (Evening Session) physical group meeting at Jones Cafe Bar. This will be held on Monday 1 June 2026, starting at 6pm.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Gamlingay’ physical group meeting at the Gamlingay Eco Hub in Gamlingay, Cambridgeshire. This will be held on Tuesday 2 June 2026, starting at 6pm.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Virtual’ group meeting. This will be held on Wednesday 3 June 2026, starting at 6pm via zoom.
  • ‘For Men To Talk… and Walk – Hitchin’ walking group meeting. This will be held on Friday 5 June 2026 at 6:00pm, starting from Meeting at the Cycle Shelter at Hitchin Train Station. 
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Social Club’ at Ultimate British Wrestling. This will be held on Sunday 7 June 2026 at The Weatherley Centre in Biggleswade, starting from 1pm 

For Men To Talk helps men navigate anxiety, stress and grief – Week Commencing Monday 8 June 2026

  • ‘For Men To Talk about Autism’ virtual group meeting specifically tailored for autistic men, men with autistic family members or men who are awaiting an autism diagnosis. It’s an inclusive and supportive environment for men to talk about autism together. This will be held on Monday 8 June 2026, starting at 6pm via zoom.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Potton’ physical group meeting at the Rising Sun in Potton, Bedfordshire. This will be held on Tuesday 9 June 2026, starting at 6pm.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Virtual’ group meeting. This will be held on Wednesday 10 June 2026, starting at 6pm via zoom.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Biggleswade’ (Good Morning) physical group meeting. This will be held on Thursday 11 June 2026 at The Bigg Theatre, starting at 11am.
  • ‘For Men To Talk and Fish’ physical group meeting at Manor Farm Lakes on Saturday 13 June 2026 from 1pm until 3pm
  • ‘For Men To Talk… and Walk – Biggleswade’. A physical walking group meeting. This will be held on Sunday 14 June 2026 at 9.15am, starting from Jones’ Cafe Bar in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire.

  • ‘For Men To Talk… and Walk – Hitchin’ walking group meeting. This will be held on Friday 19 June 2026 at 6:00pm, starting from Meeting at the Cycle Shelter at Hitchin Train Station.

  • ‘For Men To Talk – Virtual’ group meeting. This will be held on Wednesday 24 June 2026, starting at 6pm via zoom.
  • ‘For Men To Talk – Biggleswade’ (Good Morning) physical group meeting. This will be held on Thursday 25 June 2026 at The Bigg Theatre, starting at 11am.
