Very short and sweet. Today was very much as yesterday where we headed to the new site and continued to build the classroom. I did help out with actual laying of bricks, something that I never done before.
However, this morning was my first low day. I looked at my surroundings as we were on the bus and the realisation where I was and what I was seeing just hit me. It wasn’t that I didn’t want to be here, but it was seeing people, and especially children and what they have to live with every single day. It shouldn’t be like this!
Tonight we will try and watch the Kenya national team and hopefully England on the TV. Tomorrow back to work!
Friday night we sorted all the boxes out with all the clothing etc that you all kindly donated. We will be giving them out on Monday
